Karl Friedmann, CEO

Karl is managing partner and CEO of Trilogy Professional Placement. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BS degree in Materials Sciences.

Karl has been involved in professional search for 23 years and has managed a very successful Medical Placement Company with a National presence for 20+ years. He formed Trilogy Professional Placement in 2005 to service the needs of companies in Arkansas and in the continental U.S. Trilogy was formed to service client companies in hard to recruit disciplines and has grown rapidly over the years as a boutique firm specializing in Engineering, Mid and upper level management, Human resources and quality disciplines.

Trilogy is a member of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and participates in activities with the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association, and the American Staffing Association. Karl is a past president of the Arkansas chapter of theStaffing Association of arkansas and is active in community activities.

Tom Moore, Director of Business Development and Consulting Services

Tom has held Executive level HR management positions at Fortune 100 companies and managed HR organizations in the US, Europe and South America, Mexico and the Pacific Rim

He received his BA degree in Business Administration from The University of Iowa and his MA in Organizational Development from Loyola University, New Orleans. He has extensive experience as an HR generalist and a concentration in labor relations, employee relations, negotiations, arbitrations, union prevention and organizational development and coaching. He has over 30 years in Human Resources, and has worked for best practices HR organizations, (3m, Frito lay, Bosch, Cabot Corporation, Molex and as an HR Consultant for Bradley Associates, New York and Atlanta.).

Mr. Moore is a member of SHRM, Central Arkansas HR Association, served as President of the Central Arkansas Manufacturing Personnel Association and on the Board of Directors of the South Central Consulting Group. He was nominated to Who’s Who in Human Resources in the Southeastern United States. He is certified in Mediation and Dispute Resolution and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Joe Nard, Sr. Technical Recruiter

Joe began his recruiting career with Snelling Personnel in 1997, and has been a technical recruiter ever since.

His area of expertise is technical recruitment, serving the manufacturing and consulting engineering sectors. He obtained CPC certification, the recruiter certification process, through NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services).

Joe had the honor of joining Trilogy Professional Search and Placement in 2010. “It is an honor to join an Executive Search firm, and I look forward to a fantastic future at Trilogy PSP!”

Brian Mulkey, Technical Recruiter

Brian joined Trilogy PSP in June of 2010, as a technical recruiter for manufacturing/development companies. His professionalism and dedication are his strongest attribute.

Brian attended Bowling Green State University in NW Ohio. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and graduated with a BS in Business Communication. He grew up in the Midwest and enjoys the outdoors.

Before joining Trilogy, Brian worked for 3 years as a technical recruiter with an executive search firm. Prior to recruiting, he had worked for Cardinal Health and Cintas.

Drawing on experience in recruiting and sales industry, Brian focuses on building and maintaining business relations with his clients and candidates by partnering with them to achieve their personal and professional goals. He works to understand the needs of individuals and companies in order to achieve those goals. He is passionate about making a “good fit” that all parties are satisfied with.
